This ice cream is utterly amazing, I can eat it in one sitting and know it's all good for me, although I try not to, because of the calories.
3x Cups Ice
1x Cup Raw Cashews
1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Agave Syrup (add more to taste, if you like)
1 Tbs 100% Maple Syrup
Blend all in high speed blender until smooth, if you don't have a blender a food processor does the job, just not as smooth. Sprinkle with raw shredded coconut and enjoy.
If your not a coconut lover or just want choccy ice cream omit the coconut oil and shredded coconut, and it's still awesome.
With left over ice cream (if any) place in the a freezer proof container and freeze until you need your chocolate fix, take out of freezer and let rest for about half an hour before you eat. Will keep up to four weeks.
