this really does taste like parmesan cheese, I got the idea from Olivia Newton John's recipe book called LIVWISE, as we all know she battled breast cancer and won, her book isn't vegan or even vegetarian but it does have loads of fantastic healthy and raw recipes for those who just want to live a healthier lifestyle without going vegan.
1x Cup Cashews
1 Clove Garlic
Pinch Himalayan Salt or to taste.
Place all in the food processor and process until it resembles parmesan.
