Hey Ricki, I think your recipes are amazing and so imaginative. I haven't made it yet but, wow it looks amazing i'm hoping to trick my carnivorous hubby into changing his way of thought too vegan is the healthy way to go but I've got a lot of work to do yet. It's my pleasure, I have only just started my blog and am still getting my head around it all and loving it. Love your work Ricki xx
